Hi! I'm Anuja Kale

With 4+ years of experience across product design and front-end development, I work at the intersection of UX, UI, and engineering to build practical, scalable digital experiences. I’m currently working in the hospitality space, designing and implementing responsive interfaces that support real-world operational needs and high-traffic user flows.

My approach is grounded in research, accessibility, and close collaboration with engineers and stakeholders. I focus on creating systems that are clear, maintainable, and effective beyond the mockup stage, ensuring design decisions translate smoothly into production and continue to scale over time.

Why Design

I was drawn to design because it sits between people and technology. I enjoy understanding how someone thinks, where they hesitate, and what helps them move forward with confidence. Design gives me the space to ask those questions and turn the answers into clear, usable experiences.

Over time, this interest has shaped how I work. I value collaboration, iteration, and grounding decisions in real user needs and technical realities. Whether I’m designing flows, interfaces, or systems, my goal is to create experiences that feel intuitive in use and reliable in practice, supporting both users and the teams building them.

My Work Process

01

Discovery & Research

Understanding users and their needs is where I start. I dive into user research to uncover insights that guide every design decision.

02

Ideation & Strategy

I brainstorm and strategize, turning insights into clear concepts and a solid design direction. It's all about finding the best way forward.

03

Design & Prototyping

I bring ideas to life through wireframes and prototypes, focusing on clarity, usability, and user-friendly interactions.

04

Testing & Iteration

Finally, I test designs with real users and iterate based on feedback. This ensures the final product not only looks good but works beautifully in the real world.
